As Principal, I operate at the intersection of strategy, product, and AI-enabled technology. I architect the products, programs, and digital ecosystems that Lean Marketing scales on — designing the Accelerator's core frameworks and implementation infrastructure used by 100+ companies.
I also serve as a senior strategic advisor to 80+ founders while shaping the long-term product roadmap and sitting on Lean Marketing's leadership team.
Promoted into the leadership team upon appointment to this role. I led the full operational strategy and execution for Lean Marketing's flagship Accelerator — managing a team of marketing advisors, designing client experience frameworks, and implementing AI-enabled tools that drove both client outcomes and internal efficiency.
This is the role where I took the program from $216K to $1.5M ARR. I continuously hired and onboarded new marketing advisors, built scalable client experience frameworks that increased renewals, and implemented automation that improved execution velocity across the team.
I joined Lean Marketing as an advisor in the Accelerator program, working directly with 80+ founders and marketing teams across diverse industries. Using the proven frameworks from Allan Dib's The 1-Page Marketing Plan and Lean Marketing, I helped clients transform fragmented tactics into structured, scalable marketing engines.
