Built the go-to-market strategy, UI/UX, and brand from scratch for a Web3 CRM connecting brands with blockchain-native audiences, driving nearly 3 million engagements. Then automated the entire marketing system with a 20+ agent AI waterfall.

From research to published content, the entire output runs on autopilot through the agent waterfall.
Go-To-Market Strategy
Web3 is a different animal. The buyers are different, the channels are different, and the trust signals that move people are completely different. Most traditional marketing playbooks fall flat in this space. I built DropChain's GTM from first principles.
Market Positioning
I developed DropChain's full ideal customer profile and messaging framework by mapping the actual pain points of blockchain-native brands, the gap between engagement metrics and real audience relationships. The positioning focused on what brands actually needed: CRM infrastructure that understood wallet behavior, not just clicks.
Channel Strategy
Getting in front of Web3 audiences means going where they actually are. I built a distribution strategy across native crypto channels, targeted content plays, and community-driven growth mechanisms designed to build trust with an audience that's allergic to traditional advertising.
Token Launch Support
The GTM strategy extended into DropChain's token launch, covering the investor pitch collateral, partner-facing materials, and the full suite of assets needed to build credibility in a space where perception is everything. The brand went on to support enterprise partnerships and a product suite used across the Web3 ecosystem.
Results
The campaigns and content system I built drove nearly 3 million engagements across the platform's target audiences. That's not a vanity metric, it's what happens when your positioning is right, your distribution matches your buyer, and your content system is actually built to scale.
AI Automation
Most AI marketing tools are wrappers around a prompt box. This is different. I built a fully automated marketing system using Claude Code, a waterfall of 20+ specialized agents that conducts research, builds strategy, and executes content end-to-end without a human in the loop.
How It Works
Each stage is handled by a dedicated cluster of agents. They pass context downstream, build on each other's outputs, and execute without manual intervention. The result is a marketing system that runs on autopilot, producing research-backed, strategically-aligned content at scale.
The waterfall starts with a cluster of research agents that map the competitive landscape, identify audience signals, and surface the insights that everything downstream depends on. No assumptions. No shortcuts. The agents pull real data before anything gets built.
Research outputs feed directly into a messaging agent that constructs the full ideal customer profile and messaging document. The output is a synthesized strategy document that defines who we're talking to, what they care about, and exactly how to position the product against their alternatives.
A dedicated SEO agent cluster takes the ICP and messaging output and builds a full keyword strategy and content calendar. It identifies the highest-value topics, maps them to buyer intent, and structures a publishing plan designed to compound over time, not just rank for a week.
The final stage is where the system earns its keep. Content agents take the SEO strategy and produce publish-ready output across formats, blog posts, social content, email sequences, and more. The writing is aligned to the messaging doc from stage two, grounded in the research from stage one, and calibrated to the keyword strategy from stage three.
UI/UX & Web Design
Web3 users are a different kind of skeptic. The design had to earn trust before the copy did. I built DropChain's full visual identity and Webflow site with that in mind, clean, credible, and built to convert enterprise partners and investors, not just curious visitors.
Visual Identity
No brand existed when I joined. I built the full visual identity from scratch, logo, color palette, type system, and the design language that carries through every touchpoint. Every decision was made with the platform's dual audience in mind: blockchain-native brands and the enterprise partners they're trying to reach.
Webflow Build
The site needed to do two jobs simultaneously, build credibility with skeptical Web3 audiences and convert enterprise partners who needed to understand the platform quickly. I designed and built the full Webflow site with both audiences in mind, writing copy that speaks to each without losing either.
