I also serve as a senior strategic advisor to 80+ founders while shaping the long-term product roadmap.

Promoted into the leadership team upon appointment to this role. I led the full operational strategy and execution for Lean Marketing's flagship Accelerator, managing a team of marketing advisors, designing client experience frameworks, and implementing AI-enabled tools that drove both client outcomes and internal efficiency. This is the role where I took the program from $216K to $1.5M ARR.

I joined Lean Marketing as an advisor in the Accelerator program, working directly with 80+ founders and marketing teams across diverse industries. Using the proven frameworks from Allan Dib's The 1-Page Marketing Plan and Lean Marketing, I helped clients transform fragmented tactics into structured, scalable marketing engines, hosting multiple group advisory sessions per week.
How I Operate
I build and deploy AI-powered systems that create operational leverage. This acts as a force multiplier for our team and clients, automating everything from client onboarding and reporting to internal content workflows.
I architect the entire Accelerator program, designing the scalable frameworks, client-facing SOPs, and delivery infrastructure that allows us to serve 100+ companies simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
As senior strategic advisor to 100+ founders, I help diagnose the single biggest constraint in their growth model and implement the high-impact fix that unlocks scalable revenue, based on the 1-Page Marketing Plan framework.
A key part of scaling client results is getting the right people in place. I source, vet, and hire marketing coordinators on behalf of our clients, matching them with the right talent to execute their marketing strategy day-to-day.
I work closely with the client success team to ensure clients are getting results and staying engaged with the program. My role is on the strategy and delivery side, making sure what we promise actually gets executed.
I own the digital ecosystem our Accelerator runs on. This includes managing the website infrastructure, client portals, and marketing sites to ensure a seamless and branded client and prospect experience.
